When you pay your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $200, we will send you a coupon code for a free one year subscription to the
Guitar College Library. This deposit will hold your spot until March 1st, when your workshop balance is due. PayPal or credit card may be used
for your deposit and/or balance. Balance payments are refundable until 3-1-25 when any remaining balance is due, however, if your plans change we would
like to know as soon as possible so we can fill your spot.
Single occupancy hotel room-style accommodations for one student, including all meals and workshop sessions
Save $500 by sharing a room with another student! Each of the double rooms is two levels with beds on the ground level and in the loft with a shared bathroom. Each person has their own private area for sleeping, dressing, and to keep their belongings. Bring a friend or we can match you with a compatible, friendly roommate
Save huge If you stay in your own motorhome or RV! There's a special RV area with full power, water, and sewer hook ups. Your $1299.00 price includes your camp site, RV hook ups, meals, and workshop sessions
If you would live locally, have relatives nearby, or would like to stay off site at a different hotel, you can still participate in our workshop. Your $1299.00 price includes all your meals, classes and jam sessions. There are numerous hotels within a 10-mile radius of the venue.
$2699.00 includes the room and meals for both you and your spouse but workshop classes for only you. This includes your spouse's lodging and meals if your spouse is not attending classes. Take your spouse out of town for a few days! Besides just relaxing in the beautiful peaceful, surrounding environment at the venue, there are many great things to do in the area like visiting breathtaking Yosemite National Park, Tenaya Lodge, Bass Lake, the majestic Giant Redwoods in Mariposa Grove, and more! Many spouses enjoy hearing the live play workshops in the evening and they make a great encouraging audience to perform for.
If your spouse is a guitar or bass player and will be attending classes too, the price is $2,999 per couple, a big savings over two double workshop reservations.

Traveling To The Workshop
If you are flying in, the closest airport is the Fresno/Yosemite International airport (FAT). There are rental car locations at the Fresno airport or or there is a Yosemite area tourist bus that runs from Fresno to Oakhurst several times daily. The bus trip is a little over an hour. If you choose to ride the bus, we can arrange a time to pick you up in Oakhurst and take you to the workshop venue. There is an Amtrak train station and Greyhound Bus station in Fresno that allows easy access to the Yosemite bus.

For previous workshops, students have flown into Sacramento, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, or L.A. and rented a car to drive over and also to do some additional sightseeing. These airports are approximately 3 to 6 driving hours away.
To get the best airfare, some participants fly in the day before and stay in Fresno airport hotels the prior night and take the bus up the next day. On departure, some have stayed Friday night at a Fresno airport to get an early Saturday flight.
