This vintage 1944 Gibson L-4 archtop guitar is a true gem, paired with a classic DeArmond Rhythm Chief pickup from the 1950s. It’s in excellent condition for its age, with a rich, warm tone that embodies vintage jazz charm. There are a few cracks consistent with its age, but they’ve been stabilized and do not affect the playability or sound. A rare and collectible instrument for any serious player or collector. This 1954 Gibson L-4 started life as a fully acoustic archtop. I just had my luthier professionally converted into an electric with the addition of a custom humbucker pickup and onboard electronics. The result is a classic Gibson sound: warm, dark, and smooth with a dry, woody character that works extremely well for traditional jazz. It still feels very much like an old acoustic archtop, but now has the practicality and fullness of an electric setup.
The guitar shows honest cosmetic wear throughout the body from years of real use, which fits the vibe of the instrument perfectly. Structurally solid and very comfortable to play. I also refinished the neck to make it feel better. It's a true gigging guitar. Specs are otherwise consistent with a standard 1954 Gibson L-4 acoustic archtop. Includes the original vintage case.

This 1968 Gibson ES-175 started as a body-only project when I bought it. It had been completely stripped of all hardware and electronics, so I rebuilt it from the ground up with all new parts and electronics while keeping the original body finish intact.
The neck has a really comfortable, thin profile and was refinished to improve the feel, but the body itself was intentionally left alone with no added lacquer or refinishing work. It plays great and gets a really nice vintage Gibson tone — warm, dry, and open with that familiar ES-175 character. I installed a Rail Hammer pickup that adds some punch. The guitar has a naturally broken-in feel without trying to look overly restored or “new.” Includes the original vintage case.

It comes with the original hard case.

This 2022 Eastman AR403-CED is in like-new condition and has some really beautiful wood throughout the guitar. It’s lightweight, very resonant acoustically, and has a surprisingly rich and open sound for an instrument in this price range. The carved top gives it a more responsive feel than a lot of other budget-friendly archtops.
In my opinion, the AR403-CED is one of the best affordable archtops you can buy right now. It has a comfortable feel, a warm jazz tone, and a simple, classy look without trying too hard. A great option for someone wanting a serious jazz guitar without spending Gibson or Heritage money.

This Guild X-500 hollow-body archtop is a true jazz classic, and it’s in excellent condition for being nearly 35 years old. Crafted with beautifully figured flame maple on the neck, back, and sides, it boasts both elegance and tonal richness. The guitar is loaded with Guild’s legendary HB-1 humbuckers, delivering the warm, articulate voice that has made this model a favorite among jazz players for decades.
There is some light playwear on the top and minor pitting on the gold hardware, but nothing that affects playability or overall beauty. The neck is straight, the frets are in great shape with plenty of life, and I have the action dialed in very low. This X-500 comes complete with its original case, a custom setup, and my custom gauge flatwound strings making it a fantastic find for both collectors and regular giggers alike.

2011 Gretsch G5120 Electromatic hollowbody in a dark red finish with a factory Bigsby vibrato. Built in Korea in the Samick factory, this is one of the more sought-after versions of the 5120—full hollowbody construction with that classic Gretsch feel and look.
This guitar has a warm, open tone with plenty of resonance, great for jazz, blues, rockabilly, or clean rhythm work. The Bigsby works smoothly for subtle vibrato and adds to the overall vibe without getting in the way. Comfortable neck, easy to play, and well-balanced whether sitting or standing.
Cosmetically, it’s in great shape for its age with normal light wear from use. No structural issues, and everything functions as it should. Frets, electronics, and hardware are all in solid working condition. Will add custom strings once I know what the buyer wants on there.

The Excel 16 is D'Angelico's all-new 16-inch-wide archtop offering undeniably punchy, woody, and sweet tone. It's a happy medium for traditional jazz players looking for an instrument that is easier to hold than its larger counterparts. The Excel 16 has a slightly shallower body depth at 2.75" but still yields all the full-bodied warmth one desires from an archtop.
A 12-inch fingerboard radius and slightly thicker C-shape neck create remarkable comfort—equal parts hefty and fast-playing. The Excel 16's acoustic resonance is complemented by a Seymour Duncan '59 Humbucker that can easily cut through in a larger band setting.
